Due to a period of growth, this very successful Norwich based organisation requires an additional 1st/2nd line Support Analyst. My client, who has Best Companies accreditation is a wonderful place to work where not only is the work interesting, but the culture is one that encourages employees to grow their skills and abilities.
This will be a varied role supporting all aspects of the Company's IT infrastructure. Candidates must have solid experience of Windows XP/Vista/7
In addition to the above your core skills will ideally include:
· Working knowledge of Active Directory (User Accounts/Groups etc)
· Good working knowledge of MS Office products (incl. Outlook)
· Working knowledge of Networking (incl. Firewalls, DNS, DHCP)
· Ability to install and manage computer hardware and peripherals
· Windows XP Operating System (preferably MCSE certfied)
· Good communication skills both verbal and written
· Good organisational skills
· Driving license
Desirable skills are as follows:
· Good understanding of Microsoft licensing
· Microsoft Windows Server 2003 +
· IIS 6/7
· Exchange 2003+
· PABX management of including VOIP
· MS SQL Server
· SQL queries
· Experience of Helpdesk Software
In return, my client offers a salary range of up to £25,000 (depending on experience) 25 days holiday and profit related bonus (after 6 months)
