Software Engineer, C#, Cambridge

My client, a rapidly growing Cambridge software company who develop analytics applications is looking for C# developers to assist in delivering a range of features across multiple, networked, components.

The primary objectives of your role will be to Design and implement new features to meet time and quality expectations of customers.  In addition you will be responsible for contributing to product development with goal of adding business value. You will also be tasked with using new and existing technologies to meet and exceed customer requirements.

To be successful you should have the following skills and experience:

Detailed knowledge of C#, .Net Framework or similar languages and Object Oriented Design

Produce solutions that are supportable and maintainable

Awareness of, and passion for new technologies (.Net 4.0, Entity Framework, MVC)

Experience with third party frameworks e.g.  NHibernate and Telerik

Multiple commercial RDBMS

External Enterprise API integration

Distributed Systems

SOA Messaging (e.g. WCF and SOAP)

Code Profiling

Unit testing with relevant code coverage
