Our client requires a Solutions Designer for an initial 3 months+ contract based in Norfolk. Skills required - strong Design Skills; Strong influencing skills; Mature approach to handling conflict; Understanding of change and/or IT frameworks; A good understanding of Service Orientated Architecture and Enterprise Architecture; A solid understanding of structured design; Budget control; Knowledge of visual modelling (eg UML), Requirements gathering, Business modelling; Macro design documentation; Time management to support multiple and diverse project assignment; Ideally previous Insurance sector engagement. Ideally with Java, SOA, Websphere project experience.
